Additional Services

Aquatic Therapy

Aquatic therapy is available for individuals with neuromuscular or musculoskeletal disorders.  The buoyancy provided by aquatic therapy reduces gravity and joint compression allowing for greater comfort and ease of movement with less stress and pain.

Home Safety Evaluation

Assessment of a client’s living environment is conducted by an occupational therapist to help prevent falls in an individual’s home.

Prosthetics/Adaptive Equipment

Fittings for a prosthesis and adaptive equipment are performed onsite by trained professionals.

Lymphedema Support

While there is no cure for lymphedema, proper treatment and management can improve limb use and reduce swelling and risk of infections.

Pediatric Therapy

York General’s pediatric therapy program provides personalized care for children and young adults with physical, cognitive, psychosocial, or environmental challenges. Our team is committed to helping each child reach their highest potential through compassionate, goal-focused therapy.
