Mental Health Telehealth Services
To better serve our community, the York General Emergency Department partners with Bryan Health to offer mental health triage services via telehealth. This service is available seven days a week, from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Through secure electronic communication, Bryan Health providers can assess patients to determine if inpatient care is needed—without requiring immediate transport to another facility. This means that if inpatient care isn’t necessary, patients can remain here and receive a personalized treatment plan for follow-up care, avoiding unnecessary travel and delays in support.
