Tiann Colwell is a dual-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with approximately 17 years of experience in healthcare. She has practiced as a nurse practitioner for 11 years.

Throughout her career, she has developed a passion for supporting women through some of life’s most meaningful, challenging, and vulnerable seasons. Tiann takes care of patient’s physical and mental needs. She believes mental health care requires compassion, individualized treatment, consistent follow-up, and a willingness to look beyond the surface to understand the whole person.

After recently relocating from Western Nebraska, Tiann is now practicing at York General Family Medicine.

Outside of the clinic her and her husband are busy with four young boys.
