Dr. Michael Sullivan received his medical degree from Creighton University College of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Madigan Army Medical Center in Ft. Lewis, WA. Dr. Sullivan completed his Allergy/Immunology Service fellowship at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C. He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology.
