“I am an owner of York General because of its Mission, Vision, and Values. That’s likely what you'd expect a CEO to say—but for me, it's deeply personal.

In our mission, words like regional and accessible care define our purpose. We proudly serve York and the surrounding area with a full continuum of care across multiple campuses, protecting and enhancing the ability to receive care close to home.

Our vision calls us to be the trusted choice throughout life—trust built through quality, compassion, and authentic community involvement.

And our I CARE values are foundational to our culture. Innovation means we embrace and lead change, while Excellence is our daily habit of going above and beyond. We are difference-makers in the lives of the patients, residents, and families we serve—every single day.”
