Jenny Obermier, RN, MSN currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer/Chief Nursing Officer and Senior Vice President of York General. In this position, she has overall accountability for the York General Hospital and West View Medical Building operations and clinical care delivery. Jenny serves on several hospital and medical staff committees and is keenly aware of all clinical functions carried out in the facilities associated with York General Hospital and West View Medical Building. She has proven leadership skills in the management of patients in a variety of acute care settings. Jenny is known for her ability to impact change, implement evidenced based practice in the care of patients, utilize data to drive decision making, as well as appropriate utilization of resources. Jenny has been a leader for over 35 years and has been with York General for the past 25 years.

Jenny earned her diploma as a Registered Nurse from Bryan School of Nursing, her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Nebraska Wesleyan University and her Master's Degree in Nursing Administration from Nebraska Wesleyan University.
