
Bob McQuistan
With over four decades of experience in healthcare finance, Bob serves as the Vice President of Finance of York General. Since joining the organization in 1997, he has played a key role in strengthening the financial operations of one of Nebraska’s most progressive and patient-centered healthcare systems.
Bob earned a degree in Accounting from the University of South Dakota and began his career in 1983 as Business Office Director at a rural healthcare system in South Dakota. He went on to serve as Business Office Director and later Chief Financial Officer at a county-owned hospital in Iowa, where he helped lead operational improvements for a full decade.
Drawn to York General’s strong culture and forward-thinking approach to healthcare, Bob joined the leadership team to support its mission of delivering high-quality, compassionate care to the community.
