Our Mission
York General’s  mission is regional excellence through enhancing health and providing accessible care, and the York General Foundation helps our organization secure support to advance this mission. We ask you to be our partner in care.

At York General, we continue to provide essential care at all of our facilities during the COVID crisis. We are extremely grateful for the outpouring of community support we have received.  We are also thankful for the support we have received for the York General Foundation.  Our community has come together when we need them the most.

We invite you to be a part of the future of rural healthcare at York General by supporting the Foundation. Any funds received will be directed to the Area of Greatest Need. Every donation makes a difference. Contributions are tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law.

Whether you have a major operation or have a loved one in skilled care, health care can be a stressful experience. When a caregiver’s words or actions ease that anxiety by providing the best care possible, it can make all the difference. Our Honor a Caregiver program gives you the chance to recognize a special caregiver or an entire team..

Share the name of the caregiver or department that you want to honor, and the building they work in. Recipients are incredibly touched when they are told why they are nominated. Please share the details with us so we can pass your sentiments to them. We encourage you to share a quote, story, and/or your name if you wish.
