Specialty Clinic Scheduler (RPT)

York General Hospital

 

York General Specialty Clinic has a regular part-time opening for a Scheduler.  Monday-Friday, 24-35 hours per week, with recognized holidays off.  A qualified candidate will schedule and notify patients of appointments, greet patients, assist patients with new patient paperwork, and transport patients from various areas in the facility.   Responsibilities will also include transporting specimens to the Lab, communicating with physician offices regarding scheduling information, preparing schedules for each physician’s clinic,  and assisting with utilization and management of the scheduling system.  This position requires excellent customer service and communication skills, flexibility, and ability to manage multiple tasks. Systems Administrator (FT)

York General has a full time opening for a Systems Administrator.  The Systems Administrator manages server and network resources, including specialty systems and other network attached systems.  The Systems Administrator completes projects and work orders, coordinating with coworkers throughout the organization and with vendors and contractors.  Position requires knowledge of TCP/IP, Microsoft Windows Server and server software (Exchanges Server and SQL), knowledge of command line systems and PC hardware and software.  This position must relate well with individuals in a training/education situation and have the ability to learn new procedures, systems and technologies.  Associates degree in PC Hardware, network management or related field, or equivalent certification and /or experience is required. West View Plant Operations Technician (FT)

York General Hospital
